Language and foreign learners
Training and examination are conducted in Bulgarian. Instructors who speak Turkish exist in many cities, but that does not change the language of the exam.
If you already hold a licence
With a valid licence from Turkey or elsewhere the route is usually exchange or recognition rather than training from scratch. Confusing the two costs both money and time; take your documents to the traffic police unit and confirm which route applies to you.
